Give Yourself a Break

Give yourself a break. When you feel you hold your breath long enough, give yourself a break to loose your breath and close your eyes. Sooth yourself and breathe again.

Give yourself a break. When you feel tired of walking. Sit down and lean on. You know you always have a chair to sit and take a rest for a while from your journey. Loose the weary and walk again.

Give yourself a break. When you feel you hold your tears long enough. Go to a place where you can mourn from your sadness. You know that nothing is wrong with crying. Let your tears out from your eyes for a moment then wipe it off.

Give yourself a break when your heart and mind are fighting. Take some time off not to think or feel anything. Don't try to meddle their fight or over analyze it. Because at some point you'll find a moment of clarity, for them to make their own peace.

Just take a break, because time is all you need. Let it go, because you don't have to hold anything back when you give yourself a break.
